Welcome to Safe Tap
This Service Agreement (including all of its revisions, amendments, and additional terms (the "Agreement") is a legal contract between you and your Safe Tap account and the Safe Tap CLOUD PLATFORM. Safe Tap being limited, and affiliated companies ("we/us/our") on the other part, regarding your use of our products and services which can be found in our programmatic interfaces, software, tools, APIs, and our website, hereinafter referred to as "Safe Tap" or "the Service". By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
By clicking "I Agree" on the registration page, you have read all terms of this Agreement, particularly the terms marked in bold, agreed to be bound by this Agreement, and accurately understood the legal meaning of the Agreement. By completing the registration or signing or provided in this Agreement, this Agreement will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you may not access or use the Service.
Please note that your use of our Service may be governed by additional terms, and this Agreement will not override any such additional terms. This Agreement may be updated from time to time, and we will notify you of any changes.
1. Registration and Access

You must meet the qualifications required by the Safe Tap platform to use the service. If you use the Service on behalf of another party or entity, you must have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf. You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
1.3 Account Custody and Retrieval
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
2. Service Description
Safe Tap provides AI-powered tools and services designed to enhance productivity and creativity. Our platform offers various features including but not limited to content generation, data analysis, and automated workflows.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any content you submit, post, or display through the Service.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
4. Privacy and Data Protection

In no event shall Safe Tap, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the last twelve (12) months, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
